Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Process Sensors SSS-LT22-CB3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prolinx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pyle-Audio parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pulsotronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prolinx such as the 4201DFNTASSCII spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PDWM3450 manufactured by Pyle-Audio and we are pleased to be able to service most Pyle-Audio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 81080500 by Manufacturer Pulsotronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Proface Brand GP4201T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Puma such as 20MPM103 equipment made by Puma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Puma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Puma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 091171A03K100 made by Prometec as well as the popular MCRMICRO original spares produced by Promess

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PXZ4RAY24VDPXZ4RAY24VD by Fuji-Electric and 20MPM103 spares by Puma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FCU1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pushcorp.
